Bentonville, Ark.– All Bentonville Public Library online patron services will be temporarily unavailable due to a planned system upgrade across two weekends this month.
The library’s online system will be down on Saturday, February 13 at 5pm. Online services will be restored Tuesday morning, February 16.
The second online system upgrade will begin Saturday, February 20 at 5pm, and will be unavailable at that time. Online services will be restored Monday morning, February 22.
Online services impacted include:
- Library catalog
- Patron account access
- Tech Card account access
- Placing holds
- All ebooks and downloadables, including Overdrive, Libby and Sora
- Databases and other digital services.
The planned upgrade will improve the library’s integrated library system (ILS) and has been schedule to minimize impact on our patrons. BPL apologizes for the temporary inconvenience and appreciates patrons’ patience during this transition.
