The Utility Billing Department and Meter Reading Department's mission is to accurately record, bill and collect payments for the City's utility services. Currently, the Meter Reading Department reads more than 52,000 electric, water and irrigation meters each month. The Utility Billing Department uses those readings to create the utility bills for nearly 28,000 utility accounts each month.
In addition to creating the utility bills each month, the two departments process all requests from customer's to establish new utility service in the City of Bentonville, requests to have meters re-read, customer inquiries, and all payments for utility billings.
You can pay your bill by phone anytime. Call 479-271-3100 and choose option 1. You will need your utility account number and a Visa or Master Card to make a payment.
