The Bentonville Fire Department is a full service professional fire department providing fire prevention, community education, fire suppression, fire investigation, vehicle and technical rescue, paramedic level emergency medical services and hazardous materials response.

The Human Resources department handles the recruiting, screening, and hiring of employees for all departments, administration of personnel files, salary administration and management, employee relations, benefits administration, safety and workers compensation, administration of City employment policies and directives, and employee morale and activities.

Inventory Department

The Inventory Control Warehouse Department's mission is to purchase, inventory and supply all electric line materials, water line materials, street materials, oil products, janitorial supplies and fuel for all City of Bentonville Department's. We are responsible for a $3 million dollar moving inventory.
