Code Enforcement is responsible for protecting the health, safety and welfare of the citizens and to preserve the aesthetic character of Bentonville through the enforcement of city ordinances and the property maintenance code. This division is responsible for:
- Establishing minimum standards governing property maintenance and appearance
- Inspecting for compliance with property maintenance codes
- Managing code violation cases
