Please note:

This is NOT a Concept meeting or Pre-Application meeting that will meet the requirement for a Large-Scale Development or Preliminary Plat process. Please call 479-271-3122 or email planning@bentonvillear.com to schedule. This also does not take the place of a project or permit/site plan review, please submit to Etrakit for a full plan review. These meetings are meant to serve as a guide and starting point for future project and permit submittals.

Meetings require 24 hours of notice and can be booked up to 10 days in advance.

Meetings are available online via teams or in-person at City Hall, 305 SW A Street. If you wish to conduct this meeting in-person, please make a note in the "special requests" box on the bookings page. You will receive an online Teams Meeting invitation in your email after scheduling a meeting. If a meeting room is not available, you will receive a notification and the meeting will be conducted via teams.

Please arrive on-time and bring any necessary documents with you.
