  • Can be filed with the Court for amounts up to $5,000.00
  • Initiated by individuals and do not involve attorneys
  • Filing fees of $65.00 plus cost of service of the Complaint

Civil Cases

  • Can be filed with the Court for amounts up to $25,000.00
  • Initiated by either attorneys or individuals
  • Filing fee of $80.00 plus the cost of service of the Complaint
  • Summons fee of $2.50 per Summons issued
