Award Nomination Forms
The Landscaping of the Month Award recognizes the hard work and pride exhibited by Bentonville residents because we are proud to have a community that strives to beautify the exterior of their homes and businesses.
It was created to recognize Bentonville residents and business owners who have improved and maintained the exterior landscaping of their home or business. It is intended to inspire others to take pride in their property, improve their landscaping, pick up litter, and to improve quality of life.
The evaluation criteria are based on: 1. Consistent maintenance, 2. Tasteful and creative landscaping, 3. Lawn accents, 4. Good use of seasonal color, and 5. Overall appearance.
You may nominate your own or someone else’s landscaping. One residential award and one commercial award are presented monthly, May though October. Landscaping viewed from the street is evaluated. Judging is completed by the city’s Tree & Landscape Advisory Committee.
Winners are honored by the Mayor at City Council, presented with a decorative yard sign, and featured in the City newsletter.
To nominate, please fill out this form.
