   Complete this form and upload required supplemental information to reserve specific tool or the entire Tool Sharing Trailer at least two weeks in advance of event.

   Neighborhoods MUST be a participating partner in the Great Neighborhoods Program to reserve the trailer.     The trailer and/or trailer materials is available for reservations Monday-Friday and may be reserved for up to three days. If the entire trailer is reserved, it cannot be relocated once delivered.
