Construction Board of Appeals
Construction Board of Appeals
The Construction Board of Appeals is a newly established board approved by the City of Bentonville to provide a formal and impartial process for reviewing appeals related to the enforcement, application, and interpretation of the Arkansas Fire Prevention Code Volumes I, II, and III, as adopted by the City.
This board ensures that unique or complex situations involving construction code enforcement can be reviewed through a structured, professional process. The board does not review or propose revisions to the codes themselves.
As of now, the board is not yet active. The City of Bentonville is currently accepting applications to identify qualified individuals for appointment. Once the application period closes and members are selected, additional information—such as meeting schedules and operational procedures—will be provided on this page.
