[ARCHIVED] Bentonville Public Library and Two Friends Books to Co-Host Evening with Author Nana Kwame Adjei-Bre

Bentonville, AR...Adjei-Brenyah is the New York Times bestselling author of Friday Black and the winner of the PEN/Jean Stein Book Award and the Saroyan Prize. His work has been featured in The New York Times Book Review, Esquire, The Paris Review, and more. 

During the event, Adjei-Brenyah will discuss his latest novel, Chain-Gang All-Stars, a powerful and timely exploration of America's prison system. The book follows the story of Loretta Thurwar and Hamara "Hurricane Staxxx" Stacker, who compete in death matches as part of the highly controversial Criminal Action Penal Entertainment (CAPE) program. 

The event will take place on Friday, February 2nd, 2024, 6:30 pm at Bentonville Public Library. Attendees will receive a free copy of Chain Gang All Stars while supplies last!
