Bentonville, AR…The City of Bentonville will assist with storm debris collection from recent thunderstorms with pickup beginning Tuesday, April 16, 2024.
Residents must call or e-mail to be added to the list for debris collection. Residents shall contact the City using the contact information listed below beginning Friday, April 5 through Friday, April 12, 2024. Please use only one method of communication to minimize confusion.

Residents must register prior to 3:00pm on Friday, April 12 to participate in the City collection. Crews will not pick up materials or come to your location if you have not registered for the event. City crews will collect vegetative debris (limbs, sticks, leaves) in accordance with the following:
- All debris must be ready for collection by 7:00 AM, Tuesday, April 16. Debris placed after April 16 will not be collected and is the owner’s responsibility for disposal.
- Debris must be placed within 4 to 10 feet from back of curb or edge of pavement. As a safety precaution, please keep debris out of drainage ditches and streets and away from fire hydrants, gas meters, telephone pedestals, water meters, mailboxes, etc.
- Please keep debris out of drainage ditches and roadways and away from utility structures.
- Tree limbs, shrubs, tree trunks, etc. shall not exceed 6 feet in length or 24 inches in diameter. Stumps will not be collected.
Please note: The City’s staff will not pick-up or remove household waste, building materials, hazardous waste, furniture, appliances, fluids, tires, or any non-vegetative waste or material.
Bentonville property owners may also take material to the City’s Compost Facility located at 2000 NW A Street during normal operating hours. Residents will need a current utility bill and picture ID for verification of residency. Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 8:00am until 4:00pm.
