Bentonville, AR… SE Walton Blvd will have the east and west bound curb lanes closed at Medical Center Pkwy. The right lanes approaching the intersection will be designated for right turn only starting 5:00am Wednesday, August 21st through 7:00pm Monday, November 18th.
Medical Center Pkwy will have the south bound right turn lane closed. The north bound through lane approaching SE Walton Blvd will be closed with traffic shifted to the center lane.
The intersection of SW Walton Blvd and Medical Center Pkwy is currently congested, with queues over 2,000 feet long. To improve traffic flow, dual left-turn lanes and dedicated right-turn lanes are being constructed along Medical Center Parkway. These changes are expected to significantly reduce traffic delays and queue lengths.
