Bentonville, AR… Please be advised starting the week of March 4, 2019, Contractors will begin to mobilize and start construction on SW I Street between Highway 102 and SW Mellissa Drive. The reason for this construction is to add an additional lane to the southbound traffic on SW "I" Street. Contractors will begin the utility portion first and in approximately four to six weeks, weather permitting, will transition to roadway construction. During roadway construction, the motorist should expect lane closures and changes in traffic patterns. Please pay special attention to the signage and barricades. Construction is anticipated to last approximately 300 calendar days. Weather or unforeseen circumstance may prolong construction.
