Bentonville... Press release from Bentonville District Court Judge Ray Bunch - All court dates (Arraignments, Plea/Discovery, Trials and Status Hearings) scheduled in the Bentonville District Court are canceled (continued) until after March 30th.
All cases will be re-set and regular Court will resume March 31st unless otherwise updated. If you have a case in the Bentonville District Court at 479-271-3120 for a new date or you may send an email to courtfiling@bentonvillear.com
Alternatively, you can go to www.courtinnovations.com/ARBDC if you wish to resolve your citation without appearing in court.
At this time, the Bentonville District Court will remain open from 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday to answer calls and assist in re-scheduling your cases. Persons who are making monthly payments will still be able to make their regularly scheduled payments as ordered by the Court. Payments can be made in person, via mail, over the phone (855-579-6456) or by going to www.bentonvilledistrictpayments.com
