BENTON COUNTY (06-02) – Maintenance work on Interstate 49 in Bentonville requires nighttime lane closures, according to Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) officials.
Weather permitting, crews will perform maintenance work on an overhead sign structure on I-49. The outside two lanes of southbound I-49 will be closed between Exits 87 and 89. The work will occur between 9:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. on Wednesday Night, June 3.
Traffic will be controlled with construction barrels and signage. The public is advised to be cautious when traveling in the work zone and watch for slower traffic speeds.
