[ARCHIVED] Covid-19 Drive-Thru Vaccination Clinic Scheduled for March 18, 2021

Bentonville... We are excited to announce that the City of Bentonville, in partnership with Northwest Health and the Bentonville Fire Department, will offer another Drive Thru Covid-19 Vaccination Clinic on Thursday, March 18, 2021. 
This clinic will be held at Bentonville Fire Station #1 located at 800 SW A Street, from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Vaccine shots will be administered by the Bentonville Fire Department.
This clinic is for people that are included in phase 1-A and those that are eligible for 1-B. 
The only groups eligible at this moment, are persons residing in Arkansas who are Age 65 or Older, Teachers or School Staff, Child Care Workers, Higher Education Workers, Food Manufacturing workers including meat processing and oilseed milling, and Phase 1-A eligible. Photo ID needed at check-in and participants MUST bring verification of employment for those, not over age 65.
Online registration is required for an appointment. No shots will be given without a prior appointment.

The second vaccine shot will be administered at the same time and place on April 8, 2021.
