We offer a variety of specialized trainers who are ready to help you meet your fitness and nutritional goals. A Health Screen Form and PAR-Q form will be required to train (provided by the trainer).

Choose your trainer. If you do not have a preferred trainer, move to step 2.
Get Connected with your trainer. Email Hayden Bough with the following information: Full Name, Phone Number, Preferred Trainer.
Meet with your trainer. Once you have connected with your best fit or desired trainer, you can schedule sessions with them per your schedule.
30 Minute Session: $30/Members, $40/Non-Members
60 Minute Session: $50/Members, $60/Non-Members
