Room Rentals

The Bentonville Community Center is the place to be for facility rentals. We have the perfect space for your next event! Whether you are looking for a meeting room, party room, stage or dance floor, we have just the space that you need. Plan your next meeting, seminar, party, or reunion with us! Community Rooms

The 6.315 square foot community room is the perfect place to host an event! The large room includes a stage, dance floor, and catering kitchen, making it an ideal space for a wedding reception, birthday party, or a family reunion. The room can be divided into three separate rooms (Hickory, Magnolia, Redbud), creating a great place to host a meeting or small group gathering.  These multi-purpose rooms are modifiable to accommodate most events. 

Potential renters must come into the Bentonville Community Center in order to book an event. Any events within a timeframe of two weeks must have approval by the Recreation Supervisor. Both the deposit and rental fee must be paid at the time of booking in order to secure the event space.  Renters must pay for prep and clean up time of the event.

Host your next birthday party at the Bentonville Community Center!   

Our pool party room is the perfect space for guests to enjoy games, cake, and more! 

The pool party room is large enough to accommodate a maximum of 25 guests.  

25 guests are included in your party package whether they are swimming or not.    

Room rental includes access to the leisure pool during open swim hours for the day of the pool party and use of the pool party room during the time specified below. The zero depth entry pool features water slides, an adventure river, and play structures!  

Rental fee is due at the time of booking.

Reserve a Field

Field Reservations

Memorial Park and Merchants Baseball park are available for field reservations to hold practices.

Before You Reserve a Field:

  • The fee for reservation is $35 (without lights) - $50 (with lights) with a 2 hour maximum reservable time limit. 
  • You can view field availability by visiting our field reservation page (link above). 
  • Online reservations must be made 72 hours in advance. If you'd like to reserve a field within the 72 hour window, please call Bentonville Parks and Recreation (1101 SW Citizens Circle) at 479-464-7275 between 8:00am-4:30pm.
  • Fields are not available for use during league practice/game days.
  • Field reservations are available for practice only.
  • Field reservations are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Pavilion Reservations

All Bentonville pavilions are available for reservation. There is no charge to use these facilities. However, it is required to follow all park rules while in use. In addition, we ask that you please clean up the facility when your event has concluded. Make a reservation.

Pavilion Reservation Restrictions

In order to offer equal usage opportunity to the growing population, reservations are limited to four hours, unless otherwise authorized through Bentonville Parks and Recreation.

Reservations may only be made up to one year in advance.

Special Event Reservations

If you would like to make a reservation for an event that will:

  • Equal or exceed 200 people
  • Require more time than the maximum four hour limit (two hour limit for Lawrence Plaza)
  • Include special amenities or entertainment that requires approval (inflatables, dunk tank, live band, pony rides, marathons, fundraisers, etc.);

Please be as detailed as possible about the specifics of your event, and/or any amenities or entertainment your planning to have. Once we receive your form, it will be reviewed and dates checked for availability. Our office will be in touch about an approval and/or any fees that may apply.
