Permit Fee
SFD Residential $40 - 1 bath house, $7 each additional half or full bath
Multi-Family $40 - Base plus $20 per unit up to 4 units, plus $15 per each unit over 4 units
Commercial $50 - Base plus 0.1% (0.001) of the total project contract up to $40,000, plus 1/4 of 0.1% (0.00025) of total over $40,000
Repair / Replace water, sewer, gas  Residential - $40;  Commercial - $50
Re-inspection Fee  $50 per re-inspection
